The hinge arms rotate through 270 degrees so the butt can be fixed to the inside of the jamb if desired.

Our hand-made traditional ‘Heavy Duty Handforged Kit’ is made of solid construction to suit any range of solid oak ledged doors. Each kit comes with matching screws to make for an easy installation and with 2 x 440mm steel strap hinges with penny end detail, and one thumb latch set with locking pin. When installing onto an oak door, we find that it is necessary to pilot hole the door before fixing with the provided screws. The two finish options are a hand applied beeswax over an antiqued metal base and pewter both look superb as it matches in with rustic oak doors.
